The Brass Inlay Vanity Top has become one of our signature pieces. Each strip of brass is hand-set into the concrete and finished perfectly flush with the surface, creating a look that is both refined and quietly bold.
Cast in-house using our UHPC blend, this tabby surface incorporates hand-selected oyster shell fragments throughout the mix, revealing a layered, coastal texture once ground and polished. The shells are not applied to the surface, they are embedded within the material itself, creating depth, variation, and a natural pattern that cannot be replicated.
Each top is sealed with a high-performance reactive system to preserve the organic character of the shell while providing durable, everyday stain resistance. The result is a surface that feels substantial and architectural, yet refined, an intentional nod to the Lowcountry’s historic tabby construction, reinterpreted in a modern form.
